How we collect, use and protect personal data, in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
Account details (name, email, city), usage data (content viewed, saved, progress), transaction references from our payment provider, and messages you exchange on the platform. We never store card numbers.
To provide the service, recommend content, process payments, prevent fraud and send notifications you have opted into. Communication preferences can be changed in Settings.
You can request an export of your data or deletion of your account from Settings. Deletion requests are processed after outstanding bookings and payments are settled.
We use essential cookies for security, sign-in and basic site functions. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are used only when you choose to allow them in the cookie banner. Your selection is stored for up to one year and can be changed by clearing your browser cookies.
