These terms govern use of The Insight Circle by members and experts.
Content on the platform shares professional experience for educational purposes. It is not personalised financial, legal, medical or investment advice. Experts are not necessarily licensed to advise on your situation. Private consultations are subject to the expert's professional qualifications, applicable law and these terms.
Plans are billed in Ghana cedis for the period selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice; existing periods are honoured.
Consultations are booked per session. Cancellation follows the expert's stated policy and window. The platform retains a commission from each consultation fee; the remainder is paid to the expert.
Experts retain ownership of content they publish and grant the platform a non-exclusive licence to host, display and promote it. Takedown requests are honoured under the content policy.
Members must not post misleading, abusive or unlawful content, share private consultation material publicly, or attempt to circumvent access controls. Accounts may be suspended for breaches.
